EAT HERE ONLY IF OTHER RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSED OR OUT OF FOOD!

The worst experience ever. Restaurants Manager Anup needs to be taught basic knowledge of manners and how to behave with customers. According to him unlimited buffet is limited, lol! Most of the dishes in the buffet were over. I informed the manager that I am allergic to Brinjal (BTW this was never a part of the precided menu) however the manager kept asking me to have it still !!

The management doesn't care! We've have had 2 of our family functions held here and it was always a good experience however the management has outgrown their earlier humbleness.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will definitely think 10 times before visiting this place ever again.

Dear management,

A staff which tells your customer to eat something which causes allergy even after being informed about it isn't qualified or experienced. The only reason we opted for al-a-carte was while this experience was definitely bad, we did have 2 great events in the past here (which I mentioned about above) and wanted to definitely give another chance (the al-a-carte wasn't that great either, mind you)

However it looks like this came to bite us back!

Anyways, I am not here to "defame" this restaurant. The other reviews that state that the service is poor and staff is rude is enough to authenticate my review.

Good luck to the management who thinks their staff is qualified and that we stayed back...

Came here for a business trip on behalf of my company me being a food technologist I know in and out about and how fresh food is ,so we paid somewhere around 4k per night which included complimentary breakfast and dinner , we checked in at afternoon and we went for dinner at 8 35 pm as informed by the reception. To our surprise when we came for dinner which was mentioned as a buffet the staff told us that there's no buffet unless there's 200 people wow what a scam they are running and also for non veg option we have to order and pay separately for it and when we got to know about it they said they can arrange for a thali which will include all the items of buffet . The biggest disappointment is that the thali they served was stale and nothing was fresh in the potatoes were cold af the dal was cold the mixed veg curry was too stale anyone could tell that it's not fresh for paying such hefty amount and if you get this sort of service this is nothing but just getting scammed im currently staying here for 2 days and it's just day one there's again breakfast I don't how it'll be ill update after I leave also the cups provided for making tea or coffee had fungus in it which if someone didn't check could have lead to severe...

I had booked around 10 rooms and a party hall for 2 days for a significant event, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite the size of my booking, there were no adjustments made during the course of the stay/event.

The owner is quite unapproachable (ofcourse, once the advanced payment has been made), lacking basic courtesy in interacting with a customer and to understand their issues. Additionally, the party hall had issues with dripping lights due to power cuts, which severely disrupted the live music performance I had organized, leading to a chaotic experience.

However, the hotel manager was quite approachable and helpful during the course of the events.

Overall, I expected better service and communication, especially for such a large booking. I hope this feedback encourages improvements for...
