WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! •CHEATS •RUDE WAITERS •MAJOR DELAY •COLD FOOD Wish I could give them a 0 star rating. Waiters here don't attend to you after you walk in. Raj was the waiter that was supposed to attend to us but we had a horrible experience with him. Other waiters weren't so good either since we could see other customers complaining as well. At Koleso, they serve half the food and then if you tell them that it's been more than an hour since you've been calling them to ask where the rest of your food is, they talk to you rudely and tell you that they have a KOT system and that they can't do anything about it, instead of apologising for the delay. Our curry got super cold by the time the rice came. They don't even check in on you during your meals. Most of our time was spent just asking for our waiter to come to our table. We had to ask for water at least 6-7 times before he finally served it. Everyone, please recheck your bills since these guys are CHEATS. Our bill amount showed ₹2,400 more than the actual. Gladly, we checked the bill and got to know that they were cheating us and asked them to make the correction. Even then, the waiter, Raj was telling us that if it's there in the bill then you must have ordered it and you must have gotten it, instead of accepting that there's been a mistake in printing. Super lazy management and pathetic attitude of the staff members is gonna kill this place.

I RECOMMEND you to go to REGINA'S PLACE, in front of this restaurant, in case you need GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, AMAZING EXPERIENCE and all with a BEACH VIEW. Regina's Place literally made our day after having ruined...

This place the staff and especially the manager don't know to how to treat the coustomer or guest. Especially the manager was with very very rude behaviour. I lost my Go Pro camera there at this place and the next day when I came to look for it i talked to the manager and I asked him i lost my camera and then he asked what kind of camera was it? i replied it was a small camera and then the manager replied, Oh!! Was it Go Pro? I replied to him yes it was a go Pro. And then he said that I didn't find anything in this restaurant yesterday. I wounder if didn't find camera then how does he know the name of my camera that ist a Go Pro? I just requested him to check if any of the waiter have my camera while they cleared the table. But no he made a no attempt to look for it or nether tried to ask any of the staff. My consern is that I write this conclusion this happed with me. But it should not happen with any other innocent people or guest who visits this place there especially in this unfriendly environment filled with full of robbers. Whoever reading this. Me as a person of Goan origin I'm suggesting you not visit this place or in order will risk your personal things or your lives by visiting there and especially the staff along with the manager this place is run by the outside people not a single Goan person.
