Mexicola is an outstanding restaurant located in the heart of Goa that has captured the hearts of foodies and cocktail enthusiasts alike. From the moment you step inside the door, the vibe is electric and full of energy, making it the perfect spot for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner.

One of the highlights of my visit was the service provided by Kapil. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was exceptional. His recommendations for both food and drink were spot on and he truly made our evening even more enjoyable.

Speaking of drinks, Mexicola's cocktails are a must-try. They are unique, creative, and expertly crafted. From the classic Margarita to the more adventurous Pisco Sour, each drink is a work of art that perfectly complements the flavors of the food.

And speaking of food, I cannot emphasize enough how incredible it was. Every dish was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The guacamole was fresh and perfectly seasoned, the tacos were packed with flavor, and the enchiladas were nothing short of spectacular. Even the sides, such as the rice and beans, were delicious and perfectly cooked.

In terms of ambiance, Mexicola does not disappoint. The colorful decor and lively atmosphere create a fun and relaxed atmosphere that is perfect for enjoying great food and drinks with friends and loved ones.

Mexicola collabed with The Burger House giving us this oh so spec-taco-lar chill space residing in Anjuna on the Anjuna Mapusa road. Serving up authentic Mexican delights with fun options like diy burritos along with some gourmet burgers and more from TBH menu. So now they have your plans sorted with their Taco and Tequila nights on Thursdays, where you get to diy and build your own tacos with some live music. Getting to the food we ordered Fish Tacos served with fried fish, cabbage, pico de gallo(tomato salsa) and chipotle aioli and Al Pastor Tacos filled with pork meat in a traditional sauce, garnished with pineapple, cilantro and lime both loaded on flavours. Love the freshness and sweetness pineapple adds to a taco but, I’m always bias towards crispy fried so duh the fish tacos takes it. Moving to their absolute knock out Chicken Quesadilla that was stuffed with smoked chicken, melted cheese, onions, purple cabbage, jalapenos and chipotle aioli. Biting into it, texture of the toasted tortilla with just the right ratio of chicken and the banging cheesy goodness left my soul satisfied. The Tex Mex Chicken Wings with their home sauce were just the way I prefer them, crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Obviously I couldn’t leave without ordering the splendid Chicken Diablo burger. I was honestly astonished how it tasted exactly as I remembered it from my last visit to TBH.
