Let me put a genuine review here. When I check-in to Zostel anjuna there were 2 persons at reception and they have waited me till 11.30am in order to give a room for check-in. When I asked to give me bed at 1st floor they said we can't give u at first floor but the fact is 1st floor dorms are empty at that time. When I was taking bath in evening the water got empty and we need to wait till half an hour. They give more preference to girls and they least care about boys... They will say u bro this is not available that is not available. I mean I have stayed in multiple zostels but this one doesn't knows the hospitality... The reception boys are still junior and they need to learn lot of things. Only this zostel is getting booking because it is new property. Also I asked them to give me atleast lower bed that time also they said no sir upper bed is allocated? I mean seriously then I have asked forcefully then they have given me. Zero hospitality behaviour. If u are looking for a day stay then it is fine otherwise you will be screwed up. Rest they will charge 50 rs for bathroom towel, I mean dude itne price me to new aa jata tha hain, they charged it for rent... Really disappointed with the behaviour of staff.. Today u might say this review is absurd but trust me when u will go to property u will...
