BEST POOL PARTY EVERRRR!!!!

My batchmates were in Goa with their families for our "Lucky 13 College Reunion" On the last day, those of us who had late flights, decided to go to the Sunday Pool Party @ Peace Bar at The Park Calangute.

Oh Man! I must say this last minute plan became the most happening and fun part of our Reunion. With unlimited food and cocktails and pool usage and with a super talented DJ cum Singer, Tabu, we had a gala time from 2pm to 6pm. The view from the Peace Bar was spectacular to say the least.

The water in the pool was nice & clean and the cabanas next to them were quite comfortable. All the bartenders and service staff were great and Chefs were very friendly & accomodating too. Although Jacob, by the poolside deserves a special mention for his great attitude & friendly service and for going an extra mile to make his guests happy.

The cocktails were delicious. The live grills were smoking hot and amazingly good and the Veg Momo, has to be the best ones that I'd ever tasted. The buffet food spread was quite massive, but I had only tried Mutton Biryani & Grilled Fish which were top notch.

Kudos to Amit, the F&B Manager for the great hospitality & for running a tight ship with his friendly & efficient team members. Also compliments to the Executive Chef for such top notch food. I must say my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and so did our little ones!

I would highly recommend the Sunday pool party to all my friends. And for Rs. 1500 per person, it's a total value for money, a Paisa Vasool deal. Will surely visit again!

Yesterday Having Hosted My Pre-Diwali Party At The Park, Calangut Also Gave Me And My Friends To Be A Part Of The Ongoing Kebab Festival... "Kebab Lajawab". I Decided To Order The Non Veg .Gilafi Seekh Kebab, Jhinga Til Tinga, Mackerel Fish Cutlet & Tandoori Wings Peri Peri.And The Vegetarian Platters.. Platter of Coconut Kebab, Paneer Tikka Shish Taouk, Chukaundar Tofu Kebab & Pizza Kebab.

Everything On These Platters Were Really Delicious... The Pizza Kebab Was Really Something New I Have Tried.And Then There Was The Beetroot( Chakundar) Kebab Out Of The World... Gilafi Seekh Kebab Reminded Me Of The Streets Of Lahore And Peshawar... So So Delicious...

Kebab will forever be an iconic part of Indian cuisine.

A Dining Experience Like No Other!

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy vibe that instantly set the tone for a memorable evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home without being overbearing.

We started with the charred octopus appetizer, which was perfectly tender and beautifully seasoned. The accompanying citrus salsa added a refreshing burst of flavor that perfectly complemented the smokiness of the octopus.

For the main course, I opted for the pan-seared salmon, which was cooked to perfection – crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. The dish came with a delightful lemon beurre blanc sauce that tied all the flavors together.

The standout of the evening, however, was the house-made tiramisu for dessert. It was the perfect balance of creamy and light, with just the right amount of coffee flavor. I could have eaten it for days!

Not only was the food exceptional, but the wine list offered a fantastic selection, with a knowledgeable sommelier helping us pair the perfect bottle for our meal.

Overall, this restaurant is a hidden gem. The combination of impeccable service, exquisite food, and an inviting atmosphere make it an experience worth savoring. We can’t wait to return.
