Pizza Hut | Mormugao, South Goa — Restaurant in Goa

Worst experience, food and drugs needs to have a look at the hygiene at this place, and the staff needs to be trained how to speak to customers, had my car parked infront of the restaurant as I had a 4 month child with me, there was no security guard who asked me to remove my car, as I was not blocking anyones parking, had given the order for the pizza, there was no gloves worn when making the pizza, only after I asked the manager to wear the gloves he did, later a staff by the name of Nitin came to make the Pizza wearing gloves, but with the same gloves he was making pizza and playing with his phone. Which is unhygienic, later he asked us to remove the car, my husband went out, but as it was not disturbing anyone, and it was 11:02pm and the pizza was ready, he told him that we will go, but the staff by the name Nithin started arguing raising his voice, even after the manager tried to stop him. Nitin started saying do u know how long I have been working here? Etc etc. really bad experience. My husband asked him to calI the security on duty, but the security was understanding and calm, . I would say the security was well trained to deal with customer rather then this Pizza Hut staff. I would like to bring to the notice of the management to please get some trained staff or to train their staff how to deal with customers, rather then getting into an argument with the customer. We visited Pizza Hut , on the Dabolim airport road at around 515 pm and placed an order immediately. We were the only ones there , as the previous guests had left. After us there was just another table order. After 15 minutes of placing the order, there was no one at the counter and we had to ask for our drinks. After 30 minutes when we asked the girl , where is our order she said it's in the oven and it's coming . Again when we asked her and she went to check, our pizza order was not processed only. In all this time , there was no one at the counter. All staff including the manager were inside chatting. We noticed that the table that came after us , got their order and we were still waiting for ours. When we asked the order taker Anayaa , he had no answer. We asked for the manager and he too took so long to come and give us an answer. They had no answer to give us and told us to wait to get our order. The manager Kishore , himself just was so irresponsible. How do you expect the staff to work . ? Such irresponsible behavior is not expected from Pizza Hut. We left at 6 pm without getting our ordered...

The interior of the restaurant is inviting and fresh, providing a pleasant atmosphere for diners. However, my enthusiasm waned as I encountered a few drawbacks. The primary issue lies in the service👎🏻, which could use significant improvement. The staff seemed to lack efficiency📉, resulting in prolonged waiting times and a lack of attention to customers. Time management appears to be a critical area requiring attention.

Another noticeable concern was the cleanliness of the place. The tables and cutlery were unfortunately dusty, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable dining environment. Maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience.

In conclusion, while the Pizza Hut near me boasts a pleasant interior and tasty pizzas, there is room for improvement, particularly in service efficiency and maintaining cleanliness standards. Addressing these areas would undoubtedly elevate the overall dining experience...
