Have to review my rating of this outlet.
I am a repeat customer having been here a few times since it opened.
However, had an extremely bad experience during my visit today with family, wherein Mr Mahesh was very rude, aggressive, abusive and careless.
A simple issue of a transaction which 'Mahesh' mistook as failed though was successful was escalated to a fight. We paid twice (card and Google pay) and had to walk out without our packages (empty handed) due to the discourteous, uncaring and hostile attitude.
The money which Mahesh said he had returned to my card didn't reach back so also the loss on the UPI payment. Lost over Rs 1100/- due to them. Hoping atleast one is returned. Nothing refunded even after 48 hours. Blatant lies regarding refunds.
I had actually left the restaurant and was in my car waiting for my family to return. However, after considerable time and a couple of calls, i went back in, to find Mr Mahesh being speaking rudely to my wife after which i had to intervene. Double payments and bad behaviour towards a lady .... That's highly unacceptable for any one.
It was clearly his fault and he wouldn't agree. The girl on the counter and another cook also seemed to agree. I told him repeatedly to behave towards customers especially considering that we were much older than him, with respect, which he failed.
Being a repeat customer, i assured him in every possible language that we are locally available and would share contact details and in case it didn't work would pay him as soon as he called. Somehow he also seems to lack comprehension and common sense.
I am sure that this review will be challenged by the joint.
Notwithstanding, I would request users to refrain visiting this place, if possible. Especially applicable for local residents, ladies and kids, for the non friendly nature of Mr Mahesh.
There are a number of excellent options nearby where customers (tourists or locals) will be valued. I can share details of other places which are much more welcoming with excellent dishes ... message me.
I would be happy if the owners got in touch with me to clear the air.
We don't visit restaurants just for decent food, but also the personal touch, ambience and such stuff. Having felt totally unwelcome and insulted, it would be inappropriate to eat at that place. So we had to refuse and didn't take a bite though we paid twice amounting to over Rs 1100/-. Can't understand this misplaced arrogance towards customers and taking things for granted. We didn't come for charity!!! It's our hard earned money and it's logical that we expect decent treatment when we pay whatever is demanded, without questioning it.
The arrogance of the owner leaves a bitter taste, which masks the taste of everything else out there. Customer's better choose to spend their hard earned money at any other place that they are welcomed at. This is not at all worth it.
Definitely not the true Goan experience that you will want. Please don't misuse the good name of 'Goa'.
Everyone is facing a tough time economically, and all customers expect is warmth and decent behaviour which was missing. The place doesn't deserve the patronage, if Mahesh is the owner. He lacks basic interactive skills and welcoming behaviour as required in hospitality. But somehow is decent on here for the reviews. Wish he was half as polite in real!!!
Best avoid especially due...

Conveniently located near the Goa International Airport, this establishment serves as a haven for travelers and locals alike, offering a diverse menu around the clock.
The ambiance is both cozy and inviting, with thoughtfully designed interiors that exude a warm and welcoming vibe. The outdoor seating area is particularly charming, providing a serene environment to relax and unwind. What sets this place apart is its proximity to the airport; while sipping on my tea and cold coffee, I was treated to the fascinating sight of planes landing, adding a unique touch to the dining experience.
Speaking of beverages, both the tea and cold coffee were delightful. The tea was brewed to perfection, offering a comforting and robust flavor, while the cold coffee was refreshingly smooth, striking the right balance between sweetness and strength. It’s evident that quality ingredients are a priority here, as each sip was truly enjoyable.
The menu is extensive, catering to a variety of tastes with offerings ranging from sandwiches and pastries to more substantial meals. The bakery items, in particular, are a highlight, with patrons frequently praising their freshness and taste. The ambience is great! Beautiful decor and lighting.
The food is as amazing as ever. Happy to see some new dishes including a specials menu.
The service - super, super slow. (It wasn't even peak hours). Maybe they were under staffed that day idk.
The staff - one member behaved as if she'd rather be anywhere else but at her job. She dropped a long spoon on the floor, picked it up and used it to stir someone's milkshake. Two others were having a big blowout over their shifts and deliveries, hurling accusations at each other. Luckily, it didn't escalate to the usage of unsavoury language. A male kitchen staff member came out of the kitchen and kept his mobile phone among the bread rolls at the counter.
As for hygiene, on the surface everything seems clean but... I saw tiny tiny cockroaches coming out of the toasters and climbing up the wall near where the milkshakes are made. It makes me question when the last time the appliances were cleaned. (For the sake of the establishment, I hope at least the milkshake maker is cleaned daily)
Will I visit again? Yes, but just...
