Salt n pepper — Restaurant in Goa

Unfortunately, the Kingfish dish I ordered was disappointing. The fish was not fresh and the taste of the dish did not meet my expectations. While the restaurant ambiance was pleasing, there is room for improvement in the quality of food. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the dish was priced at 430 rupees, and despite the menu indicating that it included a sweet, the staff informed me that no sweet was included with the dish.

My friend ordered the Veg Manchurian, but unfortunately, it tasted more like soft Gulabjamuns without sweetener. We brought this to the attention of the staff, who were accommodating and removed the Veg Manchurian dish from our bill.

The staff was really polite that made me give one start to this restaurant.

I would not recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Baga Beach. Instead, I would suggest exploring the market areas for other restaurant options, or try some authentic Goan restaurants recommended by locals. This was by far the worst place I've ever dined at. This place always seems to be empty. I should've taken that as a sign! I ordered a prawn noodles, and it had four, JUST FOUR, pieces of shrimp in it. When I asked the waiter about it, he confidently told me that, yes, you get just four pieces of shrimp in a plate of noodles or fried rice. It is normal if you have waited for an hour to grab lunch, not because of the staff but because of the crowd. Salt and pepper is like any other must visit beach or Fort in Goa.
