Jazz Bistro — Restaurant in Goa

Rubbish... When we entered they gave us menu and kept repeating a mocktails name when we asked him is there any other mocktail he said order this only it has 3 drinks he kept repeating it for 5 minutes continuously until we said yes for that mocktail other all mocktails costed 250 on the menu but this mocktail costed us 350 which was not even on the menu (non alcoholic) anyways we ordered butter chicken and waited for 30 min to get our order and guess what they served us panner masala ... Like seriously???? Another 30 min was taken to serve us the right dish ... Slow service and very costly it's not about the money it's about if that dish is worth paying that much ... Anyways when we were given bill the charged us for a dish we didn't order so do check your bill very carefully... Funny thing is that this restaurant charged us GST and service charges all they did was bring food from kitchen to our table that's it and left the food on table we had to serve ourselves what service charges u r taking for then??? Goa has no GST idk for what u r taking GST then for? Tito's lane is just 5 min walk from this cheap restaurant i would suggest y'all to go there and eat ... There is a boad that says free cocktails + shots for ladies but they gave us no free drinks we were 2 ladies that's it fake restaurant no wonder it's always empty lol full chicken tikka masala had only 4 pieces which was not cooked properly only Tomato and chilli and garlic was added in the chicken tikka masala gravy we had to ask for onion they didn't give themselves completely waste of time and money i rather go to another restaurant then...

It is a very beautiful place. It's got lively music. A very healthy ambience with good staff and professionalism in service. I love how nice the staff were to us. The place is quite friendly and lies on busy streets. We went there for lunch and it was incredibly beautiful, I wonder how it looks in the night! Overall it is a go to place if I'd go to Goa again, I'll make sure I visit Jazz Bistro. The Reshmi kabab and crispy chicken was delicious. They have many other delicacies. If I were to choose, I'd choose this place for lunch and dinner dates. The interior is beautiful and the open bar looks very good. The lights and chandeliers used were fascinating and it literally felt like I was in a luxury space. We had some sort sort of inconvenience with one of our dishes but the way the staff handled it was quite surprising. He didn't panic nor did he yell. He was calm and did his job. We even got fries as complimentary because if this. Anyways I'm pretty sure I'll be visiting this place another time and thus time I'll make sure that I eat as much as I can. Haha. I WAS ASSAULTED BY THE STAFF FOR GIVING THE RESTAURANT ONE STAR REVIEW ON GOOGLE.

The staff is absolutely rude. Munna, the gate keeper would treat you like you are serving him and not the other way round. And apparently there is no manager. Extremely pathetic place. Extremely rude service. Not worth it.

I gave this review on the 11th of sep 2022 (except the 1st line in all CAPS above. That line I am writing today, 13 sep 2022). I am giving the rest of it (as below) today, that is the 13th of September 2022.

I was assaulted by the restaurant staff for the same. Not at the restaurant. They followed me on their scooters, three of them, including the gate boy munna. They stopped me in front of the Belgian Waffles store on the Titto’s lane and they started hurling abuses for giving them a one star review. Then while I was speaking with 2 of them, munna, who was standing on the side, punched me in the face. My eye and nose were badly hurt. So, go to this restaurant if you want to get beaten up...
