Terrible Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend to Anyone!

I recently visited this restaurant, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the service was shockingly unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested, unfriendly, and completely untrained. We waited for more than 20 minutes just to get someone’s attention to place our order — and the restaurant wasn’t even full!

When the food finally arrived, it was a complete disaster. The taste was bland, the presentation was sloppy, and it was served lukewarm. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh at all. One of the dishes we ordered was undercooked, and another was so salty it was inedible. When we politely pointed it out to the server, their response was careless and borderline rude — no apology, no replacement, just a shrug.

Cleanliness was another major issue. The table was sticky, cutlery was not properly washed, and the overall hygiene of the place made us uncomfortable. Even the water glasses smelled bad.

Honestly, this place lacks the most basic standards of hospitality and food quality. We left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and still hungry. I’d strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of better options nearby that value their customers and serve decent food.

I want to give 0 star but not possible..... Better to eat outside....the temple gate or premvati Taste was like they are cooking first time.... Staff very rude Uses expired bread I have visited 3 to 4 times and every time i have complained but they dont want to upgrade their service because they easily get their customer due to presious god ramdut kastbhanjandev....
