Honest Review

Place : It's quite and open place with plants surrounding the dining area. It's good for chilling out with group of friends. You might spot domestic cat running here and there running around, we spotted multiple times and It's not good.

Food : I'm gonna be straight here, Food is good I say try Paneer garlic tawa & paneer chilly. And don't expect much from falafel roll, it was okay.

Service : honestly this is the reason why i cut 2 stars from my review. I've never seen this much bad service anywhere. Even at the so called dhaba can do better job. Staff is not trained at all !! They just put spoon and fork on the table (not so clean table) just like that.

And while serving sabji they spilled little on the table and they didn't even bother to clean it up !! We ordered falafel and they just put a dish on the table and didn't bother to serve at all !!

If you can up your game in giving service to your customers it's good otherwise I wouldn't recommend this...

Well, if you know Surat from early 90s, you would know that this is one of the pioneers who not only started the restaurant business on Piplod side, but they gave a new identity to the entire neighborhood of Piplod and Parle Point area. In late 80s, there was nothing beyond Parle Point except a very narrow strip of road, that was of width of only one carriageway..... In early 90s came this restaurant that rapidly became favourite place for everyone for espresso coffee.... It is very tough to retain such glory....and Crazy Bite has done it.... Food, is still extremely delicious. Be it Punjabi or Pizza...place is very cozy, and the staff is polite... management is keen to serve.... Even if you wanna do a party for 100 150 people this place bas a fully AC hall, and an open garden also... Try Veg Khavase soup here...it is wonderful....

Highly recommended for family functions...

And yes, it has valet...
