FabHotel Prime Welcome Palace — Hotel in Gujarat

I called, Jayesh ji picked up. Gave him all the details and he responded back by asking to visit the location tomorrow to book.

When I visited the location the day after, the girl at the reception took all the details and proceeded to show me the rooms. Rooms were filthy, hallways were dirty and bathrooms were wet and not cleaned well. Upon asking if their hotel is "couple-friendly" she first said "yes" then looking at my expression she said "no, we are corporate hotel".

I wanted to consider booking their economy Deluxe room ₹3500 first but looking at the state I thought I can consider to book their Suite room at ₹4500 since it is a busy wedding season.

When I went at the reception and started talking about it, she told me they are booked for the dates I want.

So it was 100% waste of my time, energy, money and efforts. She was not even sorry. They could have mentioned it on the phone itself but no.

Shady hotel, which bachelor males can consider but I would not recommend it to family...

The hotel pictures were good on the website, however once checked in it was far from good.

The property charged the room rent before check in.

The AC cooling was just about OK. The handwash was clogged. The toilet handshower was not working - the water just trickled when used. Bad bed linen. Toilet door jammed - would not close. No towels No shampoo / toiletries Staff were informed of problems yet they did not respond.

It is quite common to find unmarried couple using this property for a couple of hours.

I had made a booking for 2 days, but checked out of the hotel the very next day because of not only the pathetic quality of amenities, but also because this was used for neforious purposes. I asked them for a refund for the unutilisied 1 day and they refused. Fearing that these people have muscle strength - just walked out of the hotel.

Fabhotel shittiest customer service. This hotel did not take accountability of booking made through Fabhotels website, and asked us to contact Fabhotels directly. We got to know this when we reached the hotel. Fabhotels customer service support number was not accessible. But they picked up the call immediately in case I selected the option for "new reservation". Also, they keep transferring your call. It was a real pain to get through to their customer support. Don't make the mistake of making any hotel booking through Fabhotel, you will end up being helpless. Zero customer service and support.
