When it comes to delivering the food without much hassle and not compromising the food quality even during the weekends, this restaurant has fulfilled my expectations.

I have had an opportunity to eat Maysore Rawa Masala Dhosa at 22nd Parallel, which I just say has been successfully serving the most authentic south Indian food so far. I remember last time when I liked eating south Indian food was in Hyderabad. This restaurant has really brought these memories back.

CUSTOMER SERVICE 😊

The staff and the management were very attentive not only to the customers who were inside the restaurant having food, but also to the customers who were waiting outside for their turn. Once the order was served, it was smooth and the servers were attentive enough and were checking from time to time whether customers needed anything else.

FOOD 😊

The taste of the food was authentic. The quality was great Special thumbs up to Sambhar and Chutneys

Where I was seated, I found the table which was just ok for me however few families of four were struggling to fit in at the four-people seating table. To me, the table size should have been bigger.

The restaurant sent me the menu on WhatsApp, and for that they took my number. 🤔.. not all customers feel safe giving away their number to unknown servers. There has to be a barcode to scan for the menu. Personal information, such as mobile number should not be asked from the customer.
