Soul Brew — Restaurant in Gujarat

In my life as a coffee influencer I have never seen such unprofessionalism, rude behavior, arrogance, ill mannered barista when he can't even brew a simple coffee. I politely asked the barista to brew bit far from his specific place in store as it has really bad light so I can not take good videos, he said no, then I asked the barista if he can brew 7 inches far from the so called prescribed place for brewing pour over coffee, again he said no, late when I was taking a video he pulled a bag of their coffee i asked him i asked him why he said its not allowed to take a video, funny thing is I asked him thrice before brewing for the videos they that time he ddnt say a word. He said waise toh allowed nai hai video nikalna but ap nikal rahe hai toh bag is must 😂. I asked their social media handlers who denied such rule being in existence. Then he asked which cafe r u from assuming I'm a barista and came to steal his non existing talent, 😂 Bcuz when I asked him about which speciality coffee and roast do they have his answer was - Arabica 😂 The coffee body was weak Close to no acidity as the bag might have been way beyond expiry date or kept open for two days. So the very soul of coffee was gone I had SOULLESS BREW there. There are over thousands of videos in the world but Mr Barista thought I came to steal his secret recipe of how not to brew properly. 😂. I have reported this to their social media yet there was not much response, I sincerely doubt they will do anything on such, spoke to few localites they had no liking towards the brand, the very next cafe was crowded and ppl looked happy. Horrible Experience – Rude Owner, Overpriced, and Terrible Coffee!

I had the worst experience at soul brew and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. The owner’s behavior was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the coffee was absolutely terrible—probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. It was overpriced, watery, and lacked any real flavor. For the ridiculous amount they charge, I expected at least decent quality, but it was nowhere near worth the money. It’s shocking how they overcharge for such low-quality drinks.

There was no warmth, no customer service, just an attitude that made it clear they don’t care about their customers.

I regret spending my time and money here. There are plenty of other cafés in Vadodara that offer better coffee, reasonable prices, and, most importantly, treat customers with respect. This place doesn’t deserve your...

A cozy little place. Part of the big four holed up in the cool insides of the Alembic. A bit pricey as compared to other cafes, with limited food options. Ordered hot chocolate which was good, and a pizza to go with it. Toppings of the pizza costed 50 each which was a complete rip off. The crust was too hard and felt like something you cook in a home oven. Tasted okayish. However the ambience is lit. Great interiors and a nice place to hangout with your friends.
