801 - Specialty Coffee & More has been a go-to spot for many coffee enthusiasts, including myself. However, my recent visit during Diwali was a tad disappointing. The ambiance, once adorned with lush greenery, seems to have lost its charm due to the natural demise of many plants. The lack of greenery was palpable and somewhat detracted from the serene vibe I've come to associate with this place.
The cleanliness of the seating area was also not up to the usual standard. The tables, chairs, and sofas, which are usually pristine, were marred by dust and scattered bits of food, creating an impression that the maintenance might have slipped a bit. The attention to detail that used to set this place apart seemed to be lacking.
One of the most notable downsides during this visit was the lack of sufficient staff. It was a Saturday, and understandably, the place was bustling. However, the shortage of personnel was evident, leading to delays in service and a certain level of frustration among patrons. Having to wait longer than usual for orders and assistance detracted from the overall experience.
Adding to the inconvenience was the manual order placement. While I appreciate the traditional touch, it seemed a bit outdated and less efficient, especially considering the number of patrons and the limited staff available. A more streamlined process could significantly enhance the customer experience.
Despite these setbacks, I'm sharing these observations with the hope that 801 - Specialty Coffee & More can regain its former glory. The charm of this place lies in its attention to detail, the tranquil ambiance, and the exceptional service it once offered. A little more attention to the maintenance of the space, possibly introducing more automated or efficient order placement methods, and ensuring an adequate staff presence during peak hours could make a significant difference.
I've been a longtime patron, and I genuinely hope this review serves as constructive feedback for improvement. The potential for this establishment to shine once again is unquestionable, and I look forward to witnessing its resurgence to its...

We ordered Nutella croissant and cheese garlic bread, and was not as expected, there was not croissant I guess it was just croissant shape bread and they just cut in between and spread Nutella over it that’s it, and about garlic bread… you would had never seen garlic bread like that, and there was just two piece. This two items cost us 510/- We just want to tell you that if you money grows on your tree then only visit this place And if you (801’s team) don’t like our review then we can’t help it out but I it what it is.. it was just a...
Read moreCafe is indeed good in terms of aesthetics. We tried Indian Spice Loaded Pizza which was made from Ragi and i liked the taste. What I didn't like is their service. Staff is quite confused about what they are serving and about menu item too. They just go blank when you ask anything about dish. And the main part is they don't provide plates and don't bother to clean up. So It's like while having food it falls on table and I really don't want to ask for plate as it's very basic manner when you are serving dishes and there are more than 2 people. For jain's menu is very limited when it comes to food. Overall...
