Shree Sainath Dosa — Restaurant in Gujarat

Shree Sainath Dosa food restaurant is located in Laxmi Enclave 2 complex in Katargam, Surat. Especially myself is found of authentic South Indian taste Dosa so I preferred Shree Sainath Dosa. Very first time when I visited the taste was very good but after some time the restaurant has changed the authentic taste. It has many types of Dosa, idli, utapam, Dadi Vada, etc. They serve butter milk in plastic bottles, which should be improved. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is not properly ventilated, so you may feel warm sometimes when there are more customers. They have sitting on the bottom floor and on the first floor. Due to small space, there is very little space wbeteeb 2 tables. It is open on all days and from morning to 10:30 pm. I would recommend for family and all South Indian...

Edit : Increased 2 stars only because after 4 months. Owner replied and feels that they're trying to clear up the mess. Raised 2 stars to support their initiatives and hopefully next time peoples doesn't faces issues like us.

Old Review... In Short : Worst service and food.

Yesterday I've thought to give it a try to this well knows franchise with my friends, But to our disappointment, this franchise was worst then I expected.

Food quality was under below. Upon ordering hard paper, I've got semi soft paper. They didn't even gave salad and also they told us harshly to eat fast as others were waiting although there were enough space for others.

Upon trying to complaint to upper staff, They just ignored and didn't gave response at all. Thus, Very disappointed by both...

I was thinking until today that they serve only dosas and snacks but now I have seen fancy dosas and cheese items in their menu. I tried their several dishes such as samosa, Butter onion tomato uttapam, dahi bada(dahi bhale), Mysore masala dosa, cheese paper and mendu vada. Mysore masala I recommended the most.
