Amritsari Zaika — Restaurant in Gujarat

We were at this place on 05/10/22 for dinner. 1st experience is not so good. We had ordered Chinese bhel which takes almost 20min to serve. It was too spicy that initially we had it with thinking that since it's hot, it might spicy but after eating some spoons, we feel that chef might use only chilly sauce to made it as throat get burning. Immediately we ordered glass of butter milk and told this to person who was taking order near by but it seems he took it casual. Since we were hungry we had ordered aloo kulcha and taste is good. At time of paying we had told this to person on front desk collecting payment and from his expression we feel that he was also taking it casually and told us that next time we will give 1 dish free for which we noded and said that we are not looking for free dishes. We had explored good restaurants in and around vadodara and never make silly things to not pay even though food were not good or upto the expectation but one has to understand importance of feedback as we might not go there next time or not suggest to the one. The food is just not that good anymore. You will not get any zaika. Try blue lagoon or else you can try better options with better seating and better service. The team here is laid back and lazy. Not at all professional even the manager is too casual. The workers move around casually without a worry like it's street side food area and don't cater to your needs or calls and be laid back. Also they don't give regular drinking water like all restaurants give. Under FSSAI guidelines, it is mandatory for restaurants in India to provide free drinking water to customers.
