Will I visit again? Absolutely! A slice of paradise for food...
Read moreArbora Restaurant was a complete disaster in terms of both food quality and service. My recent dining experience at this establishment left me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated.
To begin with, the Naga Chilli Tikka that I ordered was a complete disappointment. Not only was it served cold on two separate occasions despite my complaints, but the issue was not rectified even after bringing it to the attention of the staff. The lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction was appalling.
Moving on to the Penne Stracciatella Pesto, while it was described as a premium dish on the menu with a price tag of ₹560, the taste and portion size did not justify the cost. The dish was mediocre at best and certainly not worth the hefty price I had to pay for it.
The Baked Burrata Masala was another letdown, with a flavor that was far from satisfying. The dish was so unpalatable that we could only manage to eat it by masking the taste with the garlic naan. A dish should stand on its own merit, not rely on another item to make it edible.
As for the Garden City Pizza, it was nothing short of a disgrace. With only two minuscule broccoli florets on a 12-inch pizza and the red bell pepper mysteriously missing, despite the restaurant's claim that it was there, the pizza was an insult to the definition of a proper pizza. The lack of toppings made it feel like a half-hearted attempt at a dish.
To top it all off, to add insult to injury, the restaurant served cold drinks at room temperature. This lack of attention to basic details such as serving drinks at the correct temperature speaks volumes about the overall incompetence of the staff and management.
In conclusion, Arbora Restaurant failed on every level during my visit. From the subpar food quality to the lackadaisical service and negligent attention to detail, this establishment is one to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the disappointment and dine elsewhere for a more enjoyable and satisfying...
Read moreThe restaurant is quite nice, although it has a very open layout and feels a bit like a cafeteria.
The waiters were very friendly and attentive—though at times, I found their attentiveness borderline intrusive.
The restroom was outside the restaurant. Considering how much emphasis was placed on guest service inside, I was surprised that the restroom wasn’t particularly clean.
Now, the most important part: the food.
My companion had a salty-fruity drink. Personally, I found it awful and artificial. I ordered a virgin cocktail with coconut, specifically without Blue Curaçao. My glass was sticky, the drink tasted watery and had a green color—something it shouldn't have had without Blue Curaçao. When I asked about it, they apologized and admitted that it did, in fact, contain Blue Curaçao. I find that quite dangerous—what if someone had a food allergy and trusted the restaurant’s word?
We had a broccoli cream soup, which was just okay. We also ordered momos, which had a strange, overly bright green color. It looked decorative, but it was unnecessary and made the food seem artificial.
Lastly, we had the Lebanese platter, which included baba ghanoush and hummus. Neither tasted anything like what they were supposed to be! On top of that, every dip was loaded with chili—even where it didn’t belong. They were all far too spicy when they should have been mild.
A bit of a disappointment—I expected more from this restaurant. Far too expensive for...
