Remember to share your thoughts constructively and accurately to express your dissatisfaction and concerns. rude in talking with customers as well as their staff i saw he's scolding their staff in front of the customers so i really felt bad that if a person is not doing his/her work properly please assist them or give more time to that particular staff. Instead of it you're scolding them... The manager named was mishel as he said while me and my friends was doing dine in I called him i asked one question about their outlet he doesn't respond properly or I can say without telling much for that question he gone to the kitchen department So first of all If you're working in these types of outlets you have to assist or attend your customer properly. I would say to the company owner or that particular franchise owner that please do something for this. I'm really feeling very bad for that guy I forgot to ask that person's name... Please do something you're running at a burger outlet. As per my visit a single star is not deserving but without star i can't rate...

We visited Burger Farm Prahladnagar with a group of 17 family members around 12:55 AM to celebrate Eid. We placed a decent-sized order worth ₹2460, expecting a good late-night dining experience.

Unfortunately, while we were still eating, a staff member abruptly turned off the lights without any prior notice or basic courtesy. When we asked, he simply said they close at 1 AM — yet no one informed us politely in advance or gave us a heads-up to finish our meal. It was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disappointing, especially during a family celebration.

If your closing time is 1 AM, at least inform guests with respect rather than suddenly cutting power while they are still dining. A brand like Burger Farm should focus on hospitality and customer service, especially when customers are dining peacefully and have paid a good amount.

Rajasthani Brand Burger Farm is located at Anand nagar road, Prahladnagar , Ahmedabad.

Burger Farm is present in most of the cities o across the Rajasthan state and now they gave franchise in Gujarat too.

Burger farm fast food has a unique hut type sitting arrangements inside the restaurant.

Prices are pocket friendly. Quality of burgers were good. They offer meal combos similar as other burger companies.

We tried there Crispy Masala Burger meal and it was delicious 🤤 Price was 139₹ + 5% GST

Staff members were friendly and professional. Self service was present and order was served on time.

Their shop starts at 11AM in the morning and runs till late midnight around 1AM.

Card, Cash and UPI payments accepted.
