Burger King — Restaurant in Gujarat

Too pooor service ,I recommend not to go here ...poor management......first they say they'll deliver ur order and make u wait for 2 hours ....and won't answer ur calls properly,and then they say ur order is on delivery,and then order goes back to burger King because our location is not showing on delivery guys map ,so he won't deliver our order ,and then they say that now u order from swiggy or Zomato,after making us wait for 2 hours ,like seriously ,,what the hell ,I was so hungry ,waiting to eat my whooper ,and they do this shittt, recommendation for burger King :take ur branch from here ,u don't know how to take care of ur customer...and if u want it here then have proper staff to work or don't show on ur application,I t think u should delete ur application bcz it's ok no use ,I think I can't express my expression here ,I think I should go there but it's too far from here ..now I have to go somewhere else to eat after waiting for 2 hours 🙃and remember on thing "never go to burger King "and u should remove ur king name from it because u don't...

I recently visited Burger King and my experience was quite poor. From the moment I walked in, I noticed that their cold drink machine was consistently not ready, forcing them to push their shakes instead of offering soft drinks. This was disappointing as I had specifically wanted a refreshing soda with my meal.

The order placing and pickup process was also subpar. The screen that was supposed to display my order status was not functioning properly, leaving me clueless about when my order would be ready. It added unnecessary confusion and made the whole experience frustrating.

Furthermore, the preparation time for just a burger was unusually long. I had to wait an excessive amount of time, which was inconvenient and made me question the efficiency of their kitchen staff.

Overall, I left Burger King feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. The issues with the cold drink machine, order status display, and slow preparation time hindered my dining experience. I hope the management takes note of these shortcomings and improves their service for...

As I'm visiting family functions from abroad, I would like to give a trophy 🏆 for the most nasty 🤮 🤢 unhygienic and non-professional 🐖 🍔 Buger King 👑 ever. Machines are not working.( When asked to get it working, their Manager response was " edhar sab asa hi hai ") The numbers don't show up on the board, so apparently you have to predict, when the order will be ready (fun facts: always check because some items are always missing) Nasty kitchen people were stepping on the bun, the stuff was mixed veg/non-veg, unwashed dirty drinking plastic glasses plus ketchup lettuce covered sofa and dinning table is complimentary. I felt the staff was not trained because they were cursing loudly while having conversation with each other. In addition none of them showed courtesy to clean up the floor or serving table.

Please don't get fooled by the fake good comments for this restaurant, be responsible citizens and report with proof and photos. I wish everyone...
