FOOD ADDA ( Jyoti Nagar ) — Restaurant in Gujarat

When I had visited this place for dine in, before 2/3 years may be, it had nice sandwiches snd French fries and garlic bread...they were quite delicious 😋 and worth trying... (giving 2 stars only for these items) . . .

Long story below:- (it's short conclusion, don't order their burger, it's worst)

But in this month I ordered their burger twice from swiggy for direct delivery to my home... during first time when I had ordered 2 burgers I thought they would be nice, but it was quite the opposite... their burger bun seemed stale, it was cold, also the amount of sauce they gave was even lesser than Macdonalds I guess. (I'm a sauce lover and that's why I consider the Macdonald, the worst for giving so less sauces)

It doesn't stop there, the worst thing happened when I had order again from swiggy giving them benefit of doubt, and called the restaurant specifically telling my last experience and asking them to put more sauces... Guess what happened? The guy on phone seemed so harsh and was rude and told if you want more sauce then you have to pay more... I said it didn't had also the normal amount of sauce that it should ideally have... so I told atleast put proper amount of sauce for normally... then the order received, and guess what ? It had even thr lesser amount of sauces then my previous order... it felt so careless that I specifically wrote the instructions in swiggy and I specifically called him and yet they gave what I asked...

Reason for writing this long story is to save you all guys from this thing that happened with me...(Note:- it's just ny opinion, you may find it quite the opposite)

Conclusion:- They were rude, and didn't cared may be if they lost some of their customers in the process...

Guys never ever order "burger" from Food Adda(the one near Crystal Mall branch)

Trust me you'll definitely love the burger from "The Burger House" they've got one of the best...

I had ordered a pizza worth 149 with extra sweet corn topping. And a cold coffee with vanilla ice cream for another 149. The pizza nearly had to taste. The capsicum pieces were too big, raw and crispy. The sweet corn kernels too were completely raw. The overall pizza was tasting more like am having a salad on a bread. The cheese was less too but we can ignore considering the price point. The coffee on the other side I had asked them to blend the ice cream in the coffee, instead they made the coffee usual milk and coffee, and then put the vanilla ice cream on top. This is just not the level of food adda in Mumbai. Disappointing considering the brand, and on other side it proved to be just another cafe in rajkot because most of them have these standards. Can get...

Taste was not so great compared to what I had expected.. Also the food was not hot rather just a warm feel.. The major malpractice on the name of services I found.. Can you believe that they charge 29 rs for and MRP 20 rs soft drink, asking on why 50% extra on MRP they have reasoning that its company operated price and for the service (which they didn't provided) they are charging 9 Rs extra on a product of 20 Rs... Hats off to all who eat here and just fill their stomach but don't even realise for what they are being looted.. Not acceptable at all.. On the name of Mumbai's favourite can't compromise on ethics and rights of customer for a tasty, hot food and especially won't pay more than MRP for...
