We ordered two plates of Farali Bhel (₹80 each) on Friday evening. Unfortunately, when we tried it at our office, it was extremely salty and completely inedible, so we had to throw it away.

When we called their number, we were told the owner was unavailable and only employees were present, who were wrapping up their work. Since our office was closed for the next two days, we called again on Monday morning to request a refund. However, they informed us that a refund was not possible and simply said they would “keep it in mind” for next time.

This was very disappointing customer service, and I would not recommend ordering from this place if they handle complaints...
