Container Bistro — Restaurant in Gujarat

I suppose it is one of the underrated restaurants in our town. It really server the top notch quality food. It of course would not taste as same as street food. People do not seem to understand, quality does not come cheap. However, it has great ambient and very cooperative staff. Also, the concept of making a restaurant out of container is a bit catchy too. Regardless, it probably failed to attract the customers which it actually deserves due to how geographically located this spot is. Moreover, some light should be shed on continental dishes, which are actually prepared by its owner who's been to Australia to pursue cookery studies(as far as I've heard). A little shout...

They definitely add some ingredients to create a magical taste of all the food they serve. Have dined in for dinner and was quite impressed by the cleanliness, place is big to enjoy your meal time. Ordered Chinese & Italian(Paneer Marwari Tikka,White Sauce Pasta,Cheese garlic naan,Patato Chilli) for dinner last night and was again served with quality food. Excellent preparation and tasty.

Highly recommend to have a visit and enjoy the food.

The food is indianized and had lot of masala. We ordered arrabiata pasta and found that it has no tomato sauce in it. We never knew, arrabiata pasta could be made without tomato sauce. The pasta was spicy and had lot of garam masala in it. The sauce in our arrabiata pasta and mexican dish (another dish we ordered) had same base, spices and flavor. For a dish priced at 300+ rs, some level of decency and authenticity is expected. I would never recommend...
