I m writing this bcz cake is something which can spoil your entire event

I like dangee dums cake it's taste and freshness and do often visit here.

Recently I visited for our company's 6th anniversary and much concerned about it

I wanted to make something customised

Trust me guys buy the readymade one but don't try customised if you don't want to spoil your event

Whatever I asked the sales person was his own reply.

Finally i chose one cake from the display but not 500 GM but 1 kg Imagine 500 GM cake was around 400 and they told me that 1 kg will be around 1200 I was surprised they said it is customised And there was nothing customised

Okay I told them to put my company logo on it with very specific size and scale

They told 250 extra I said okay Let's finish it

Finally I got the cake With the broken 6 number I contacted the shop they said don't worry collect one candle from here of 6 number When my person went they charged 20rs for the candle and said " sir wo aapke waha tuta hoga hamare yaha to sahi tha"

The logo was so big not as per instructed

So conclusion is even after paying whatever they asked I m not satisfied So think before giving a customised order

I literally felt that this staff has no business with what customers are passing through

So far worst experience ever.. spoiled my whole birthday celebration of my son.. had ordered a buttercream fancy cake for my 4 year son who was allergic to fondant.. but the cake that I received just before the celebration was full of fondant.. my son could not eat his own cake and also spoiled his day.. the Dangee Dums team is not responsible of it. And telling us that now as the cake doesn’t exist and you had consumed it we cannot do anything of it. The point is that I had to take the cake as I had arranged a party and I cannot do it w/o the cakes as my son was expecting his specially designed cake.The higher team is also not responsible for replying anything specific. Pathetic experience...
