Today I had the most horrible experience ever with Domino’s, something I never expected from such a big brand. I visited the Gatlodia branch and ordered: • Double Cheese Margherita (Cheese Burst) • Golden Corn Pizza • Garlic Bread and other beverages
But what I received was vulgar, unhygienic, cold, and clearly stale food. I was so disgusted that I didn’t even taste a single bite — I returned the entire order immediately. I was told a refund would be processed in 24 hours — but I had ordered for Sunday night dinner, not the next day! This is completely unacceptable.
After my complaint, they transferred the order to Chandkheda branch, where I received food. But that doesn’t fix what I went through — ruined dinner, wasted time, frustration, and absolute lack of quality.
And it doesn’t stop there — both branches are failing even basic expectations:
🔴 Gatlodia Branch Issues: Not proper AC. I was told that the first floor has only a fan, and AC is switched on only after more customers arrive! • They clearly said that they don’t run AC unless the floor fills up, which is shocking in this heat. • The food quality was a disgrace, and the staff was not even apologetic.
🔴 Chandkheda Branch Issues: • The lights kept going off and on every minute, creating a terrible atmosphere. • No proper cleaning staff — the same receptionist was taking orders and then cleaning tables, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. • The place looked poorly maintained and not fit for dining.
Domino’s is supposed to be a premium pizza brand, but this kind of negligence, poor hygiene, lack of infrastructure, and horrible service is just shocking.
➡️ I’m demanding not only a full refund but compensation for this awful experience. ➡️ If no proper action is taken, I will escalate this issue to consumer forums and social media.
I will never visit Domino’s again, and I highly urge others to avoid Gatlodia and Chandkheda branches. Domino’s India — this is a wake-up call. Fix your quality and your service, or lose...

I gave them less rating then and, I got call from store they said next time whenever I place order they will give me discount of my price paid on this order.... Then when i was about to place order I called them. No-one picked up the call .. I was like cool NP next time I will use that. Next time I went to store and said about my previous experience and, the store person agreed that yes he call me. and said if I want that discount I need to wait for 1-2hrs to get that discount bcz there was rush at the store and asked me to come on Monday I said no problem I'll place the order we'll that that off later on. Due to rush I placed my order through App. I waited for long
My food status showed that my order is ready when I went to the counter they said I have to wait more. Now this was the limit Like you are not preparing my food on time and lied to me that you'll provide me discount I waited for more than 1hrs to get my pizza. When Domino's have the policy to deliver pizza without 30 min why I have to wait for 1+hr in store.
Next time I want to place order online I again call them again no answer.....
Now I will never gonna order pizza from Domino's I uninstalled the application.
They not only provided worst experience + food but they also lied to me plus unethical behaviour...

Read moreThe worst experience so far... Felt cheated many times in just one order! First they took 30 minutes for my order (they say it will take 10-12 minutes). Ordered 4 they gave 3. I had to come back again to ask for my complete order. The person said by mistake they dropped one pizza... No problem IF IT'S BY MISTAKE... Aren't you supposed to inform that ur order is still incomplete??? Secondly, if u know u r delivering incomplete order, how could you even hand over the parcel to your customer???
This is PURELY CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMER DELIBERATELY.
Later I again came back to ask for my bill. For that they took back my parcel bag again and THEN THEY REALISED THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT TO KEEP SEASONING SACHETS N SOME NAPKINS. The guy put some inside, But just to make it more worsen. Those seasoning were not enough for 4 pizzas
Now when we talk about quality, it's their prime trick to cheat further. Margarita pizza was completely dry.. no sauce... No cheese... Probably they sprinkled few as a GARNISH to give it lil crusty look.
Other pizzas tasted sweet coz probably their base sauce was a tomato ketchup (it tasted like that trust me) n to replace cheese they had put mayonnaise or probably some cheese spread... BUT DEFINITELY NOT CHEESE!!
Highly disappointed. All you guys had to offer in more quantity was the word SORRY!! they don't have anything else for sure. No empathy, no attempt for service recovery, most importantly NO ATTITUDE TO...
