Failure's kitchen — Restaurant in Gujarat

The first time we visited, it was an absolute delight for our taste buds, so we decided to go back for a second visit. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and upsetting. Despite there being three empty tables and us being a group of four, we were stopped as we were about to take our seats. A person came out from the kitchen and loudly told us to leave, saying they couldn’t serve more people.

I understand that there might have been staffing issues or other constraints, but the way he communicated was unacceptable. He was loud and rude, and the other customers around us were giggling, which made us feel humiliated. He even stopped my elderly grandfather from sitting down, which was particularly disheartening.

If you want to run a successful business, treating your customers with politeness and respect is essential. A simple explanation in a calm tone, with an apology, would have gone a long way. Sadly, this experience has left us with a...
