RAJU OMLET — Restaurant in Gujarat

The food used to be really good before. The owner Rajubhai became more arrogant and rude towards the customers as the business grew. I have seen people requesting the cook/owner to modify the taste(spice level) of a specific food item, according to their taste, and the owner has plainly and rudely said no. There is absolute no customer service. The owner does not understand, whatever he is today is because of his customers. The owner is under false perception that increasing the use of butter and cheese will enhance the taste of the food, however gradually the food taste has gone down with so much butter in it. Today Raju Omlet is running only because of the customer service and the good ol original taste it used to provide before. Raju omlet has now become mere business where the main focus is to make money and not welcome people & serve food . They have lost a loyal fan...

This is my personal experience as by seeing good reviews of I ordered boil tikka(2 eggs) and rice bhurji (2 eggs) online on Zommato. I can say this is the worst boil tikka and rice I ever eat in my life. In boil tikka not test at all, just big peaces of boiled egg dipped in test less red curry. Egg peaces not even mixed well in curry and it's completely test less. Also they will give you only one bun with it where every other places you will find 4 bus with 2 egg boil tikka. Now come to rice bhurji, it have very weird test, it seems entire rice bhurji dip fried in butter and made the world best test less dish. Also price wise it is very costly and i see people talking about it's hygienic place but in the name of hygienic they are compromised test, quality and charging more price. One will be really amazed by the huge number of dishes available only with eggs. We have tried boiled egg tikka masala with Pau, egg fried rice, a pudding like dish etc. Each one tastes really unique. The items contain a heavy amount of oil and butter, so diet conscious people have to consider the same for the sake of taste. They have a very basic sitting arrangement for around 10-12 people at a time just outside the stall. The area can be more neat and clean. They should also improve the condition of the wash basin.
