Unfortunately, my experiences at the Bopal outlet have been consistently disappointing, leading me to decide not to visit again. Here are the reasons:
Slow Service: My order of poha and tea took over 15 minutes to arrive.
Lack of Attention: The owner showed no concern for customers waiting and seated.
Hygiene Issues: The staff's clothing was dirty, and they were entering the kitchen without wearing slippers.
Unclean Premises: The store was in poor condition and not properly cleaned.
Declining Tea Quality: The tea was subpar, and the cups had an unpleasant smell.
Overly Spicy Food: Despite repeated feedback, the poha remains excessively spicy.
Uncooperative Staff: The staff seemed overconfident and lacked coordination.
