Puffizza South Bopal — Restaurant in Gujarat

My recent visit to South Bopal’s Puffiza Pizza was nothing short of fantastic. We decided to try their Puffiza Pizza, and it turned out to be an absolute delight.

Firstly, the presentation was impeccable. The pizza arrived perfectly cooked, with a golden, flaky crust that had a wonderful buttery aroma. The toppings were fresh and generously portioned, creating a delicious combination of flavors.

What set the Puffiza Pizza apart was the unique crust. It had this incredible puff pastry-like texture that was both crispy and soft, creating a satisfying contrast with the toppings. Each bite was a delightful experience, and I couldn’t get enough of it.

The service at South Bopal’s was also noteworthy. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

I ordered 2 pizza n 1 garlic bread and dip thru zomato platform, in food cooking instructions also mentioned that base needs to be soft as it is for old person n child. When pizza delivered the pizza base was so hard as if a hard crust pizza, difficult to cut thru even knife.. Same goes with garlic bread as if it was a bread stick that we use to dip in soups.. Very hard. I informed zomato who said preparation is resturants discretion so we cannot do any thing, I called the resturant and confronted why even after giving instructions they hve sent such a food which we cannot eat and had to just throw away.. To this restaurant spokes person said that's how we prepare and we cannot do anything. I told them I will complain against this, to which he said do whatever you want to. Restaurant food and people who represent both are pathetic. You are in service industry, you cannot behave like this, instead of appollogizing.. You are like do whatever...

After the long day hunger, we came to Puffiza South Bopal Branch, Ahmedabad. After giving the order, they didn’t have any option in beverages in bottles so we asked them to bring from outside but they refused.

And they even said that no food or beverages are allowed of outside even The WATER. This is the worst of anyone can give a customer service.

No Flexibility given to customers and just being rude not caring what customer values.

So we just asked them to pack the food for take away and still there is no difference in there response being so arrogant.

That’s not we hoped for. Yes we understand that outside food is not allowed so we just asked for the beverages to be allowed or even water but NO.

Puffiza, please do take this note and take some actions against this...
