Very Disappointing Experience at TGB South Bopal Branch I had a very disappointing experience with the TGB South Bopal branch. On 21/04/24, I ordered a 1 kg cake for my daughter’s first birthday — a very special occasion for our family. Despite clearly requesting multiple times that I did not want a fondant cake and specifically asked for a fresh cream-based cake, I was shocked to receive a fondant cake upon delivery. When I raised the issue, the shopkeeper's response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. He simply said the cake comes from the factory and there was nothing he could do. No apology, no solution — just very poor customer service. The quality of the cake was also below expectations. Overall, it was a very upsetting experience from what is supposed to be a reputed brand like TGB. I strongly urge the management to look into this matter and improve customer handling at this branch.

I also thank the photographer who at least somehow, took a picture of the distorted, discoloured, disappointing cake which can be saved as memory

Not sure where to start, sweet on face but please beaware how they try to steal money. The employee here would charge you at the time of delivery for extra fees without bill to put in his pocket. I was promised no delivery fee since it was a km from the venue, party bomb free instead of discount on the bill and 5% cashback through TGB LOYALTY PROGRAM SIGN UP.
