This brach literally doesn’t care about their behaviour all they care about is money.

Been a Belgian waffle lover since literally forever and have been going to Vesu brach more than 8 + years. Tried this location twice because it’s literally 3 min from my home and it has been bad experience. The soggy uncooked waffles are not in the menu but that’s what they actually serve and when you show the staff they have to argue and make faces in front of us. Just want to say that there are always other options and places who will always appreciate my business without giving me rude attitude

Also they were so shameless to take our waffles back not even care to offer make the new one or give us refund !! That’s when you know it’s always about money...

Worst branch in surat. Served us cold waffle and we couldn’t even see ice cream in that he just said that we put it inside the waffle. Very less Nutella like he just touched it. I have had belgian waffle with other branch in surat and the taste, its so good and this was way worst than them. And when asked to not take our other order which we gave after we ordered waffle with ice cream, he said they have generated the bill so they will not refund the money. He just took the order it was less than 30seconds we told him to cancel and he said he will not....

Coz Google review doesn't allow without star or else this place doesn't deserve one star also there billing counter i asked can I pay 30 rupees by gpay and 100 cash but she said we don't accept payment like this , like seriously I also work where I we and everywhere in India people accept payment like this that lady has 400 rupees in her hand coz I didn't had 30 rupees change she was okay that I have cancelled my order but she will not payment through two modes disgusting place ever to visit...
