Not giving even single star rating just because of Mr.Sandeep Sheth ( Unprofessional Behaviour)
We had a very disappointing experience during our dinner at Kabir Café last night, primarily due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of Mr. Sandeep Sheth. Our group consisted of 45 people, and we had opted for a buffet menu. I had requested just 2-3 minor changes to the menu—reasonable requests that could have easily been accommodated with a little interest and customer care, especially given the size of our group.
Instead of handling the request politely or showing any willingness to offer a better experience, Mr. Sheth responded rudely and dismissively, stating, “If you want to cancel, we will refund your deposit.” Such a response was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable, especially coming from someone representing the management.
What should have been a pleasant and memorable evening was overshadowed by this lack of basic hospitality and courtesy. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer handling in the future.
I’d request the higher authority to connect me for more about Mr.Sandeep Sheth and I’d give you more insights about his tonality, and if he’s behaving like this to customers then how much the staff is struggling under his unprofessional behaviour.

We visited Kabir Café last night with a group of 45 guests and had opted for the buffet. I made a few minor and perfectly reasonable requests for changes to the menu, given the size of our group. Instead of addressing them with professionalism or even basic courtesy, Mr. Sandeep responded abruptly with, “If you want to cancel, we’ll refund your deposit.”
His response was not only shocking but completely inappropriate for someone in a managerial role. It displayed a clear disregard for customer service and hospitality. What should have been a pleasant and memorable evening was overshadowed by his attitude.
I urge the senior management to get in touch with me directly—I have more to share regarding his unacceptable tone and behavior. If this is how he treats patrons, I can only imagine the environment the staff must be working in.
This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had at any reputed restaurant in Vadodara. And to Mr. Sandeep Sheth—expect more than 45 honest reviews...
