We had an absolutely delightful dining experience at Poptos Pizza on Sevasi Road. From the food to the service, everything was top-notch and exceeded our expectations.

We ordered the Fire Fries Pizza with Cheese Burst Crust and the Premium Garlic Cheesy Bread, and both were exceptional. The pizza had the perfect balance of flavors with a deliciously crispy yet cheesy crust. The cheese burst was indulgent, and the fire fries topping added a unique and flavorful twist that we loved. The garlic cheesy bread was equally impressive—soft, buttery, and packed with rich garlic flavor that complemented the pizza perfectly.

What truly elevated our experience was the outstanding customer care. The staff was attentive and welcoming, ensuring that we felt comfortable throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Minal, who served us with such professionalism and warmth. Her communication skills were excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was perfect. Minal’s friendly demeanor, knowledge of the menu, and genuine care made us feel valued as customers.

It’s rare to find a place where both the food and service are equally remarkable, but Poptos Pizza delivered on every front. A Perfect Experience at Poptos – Thanks to Manager Dharmendra!

I had a fantastic experience at Poptos, and I owe much of it to their incredibly helpful manager, Dharmendra, who personally suggested our order—and it turned out to be spot-on!

We tried their signature pizza, which was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The balance of cheese, sauce, and seasonings made every bite satisfying. Whether you're a fan of classic flavors or like to try something bold, their pizza menu has something for everyone.

What made the meal even more enjoyable were the mocktails Dharmendra recommended. Each drink was a refreshing burst of flavor—the Mojito was cool and minty, while the Cranberry had a great balance of sweetness and tartness. Every mocktail was beautifully served and complemented the food perfectly.

Dharmendra’s attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and excellent recommendations truly elevated our visit. It’s rare to see a manager so involved and passionate about ensuring a great customer experience.

This was my first experience in Poptos with my family. Garlic Bread and Cold Coffee was amazing. The only thing lacking behind is the service experience. The person on the cashier was very rude. We had ordered Pesto Margarita Regular Thin Crust, Veggie Regular Thin Crust, Garlic Bread, Mojito and Cold Coffee. Pesto Margarita had few hair strands which were stuck between the base and cheese layer, when we pointed it out to the person who was incharge and at the cash counter, he looked at me as if I had planted the hair. Although we didn't create a scene so we told him to change it to regular margarita. After a while few of the staff members started murmuring something about us and kept looking me. Finally we decided to cancel the pizza and leave, while settling the bill the cashier started to argue with us instead by justifying himself.
