Yesterday night we purchased 3 boxes of laddu. In one of the boxes, they packed the wrong variety, completely different from what we asked for. By the time we noticed, the shop was already closed. Early morning, as soon as the shop opened, we immediately sent the box for replacement, but shockingly they refused to change it. Instead of accepting their mistake, they started giving excuses saying sweets cannot be exchanged.
If it is their mistake, why should the customer suffer? What kind of logic is this? I have also heard many similar complaints from my colleagues regarding their rude behavior, arrogance, and careless attitude towards customers. It feels like they think too highly of themselves and do not value customer satisfaction at all.

When I open the box for eating gulab Jamun inside box one insects 🐜 inside box and these insects pass thoroughly all jambun over box.
How can we eat this ?? I cannot understand the box is proper packing then how to this small insects are going inside and food waste.
