Haneez Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

We decided to have a run at this Chinese style restaurant in Surat. We had the following items A) Manchow soup and Lemon-Coriander Soup B) Appetizers - Oyster Chicken and Iranian chicken tikka. C) Main Dish - Satellite Sizzler Chicken D) Desert - Caramel custard.

Ambience: Nice family friendly environment. Take your time kind of restaurant with a comfortable layout. It’s not a 5 star setting but better than a basic indian setting.

Service: Waiters provided good individual attention. The owner came around and had a good conversation. Food came timely and was in good clean plates. Water was served in glasses and we had to request bottled water for ourselves.

Food: My initial reaction was that the food was salty for my taste. The rest in the group did not really find it that way. Spice level was good and the food was served as we ordered. For e.g. we requested extra sauce in the satellite sizzler chicken and it was served with a good amount of gravy. There is a nice choice of food. I ordered Mutton biryani. Took 20mins to deliver. Food quality seems fine but the taste is not as expected. The waiters seem unprofessional. I can see waiters are more than the customers, may be due to I went at 3pm. Overall I can say it as average

Food may good but service was third class plus staff not friendly take long to give service if u order curry have to eat roti ice cold or hav to eat curry ice cold if you order veg n nonveg one time nonveg will on table but non veg will never come till 40 minute once all nonveg ppl complete thy giv service to veg ppl on same table wht a poor service n price are high too plus food not too good yes thy doing good due to no Muslim halal place at surat v v rare like lukma .randerwala.bismillah.haniz.hafiz n few more all other have godrej chicken which not halal but service of haniz v v poor n staff not friendly I wish not to go again n will stop all my friend n...
