WRONG ORDER DELIVERED! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! ordered butter pav bhaaji on Swiggy from havmor 1994 hocco Eatery and waited for an hour got received fully wrong order. I guess it is tawa pulav. It was for my family and the order i received is for 1 person. How can hocco make this kind of silly mistake they change my entire order.
After that i contact to both restaurant but they not picking/swith off! Next day i contact again to hocco's manager i told my whole issue, manager told me that we're not responsible for that you ordered food from swiggy so thats not our lookout, please call swiggy for that or you should call at that time so we could do something now it's more than 24 hour so we can't do that now and told i tried many time called but not responding from you side. This wasn't the right answer from manager they should check order then give to deliver partner! Hocco should understand my concern then give proper resolution of that, my money got wasted and they are not give any refund or order replace. Never expect from hocco! worst restaurant every and opinion/issue doesn't matter the restaurant's manager so it's better not call to the restaurant, just waste you time and money.
I also contact to the swiggy & restaurant at that time swiggy told me that "we are only delivery partner we just deliver food from restaurants so restaurant made this mistake we are not responsible for that!

On top of that, I waited almost 35 minutes for my food to arrive. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the long wait time.
