The shake maker — Restaurant in Gujarat

It's pathetic place to order any shake. I am sharing my worst experience with this outlet. Take out time before ordering or visiting them. I had ordered 2 oreo chips and 1 Ferrero rocher thick shake through Zomato. They sent 2 plain Oreo shakes. Which consuming shake we experienced that there is no chocolate chips in the shake and Ferrero rocher was also upto the mark as we have ordered it from this outlet many times. I took pictures and share it on Zomato but acc to Zomato pictures does not show absence of chips. I called to outlet person and he said some ody will call you back as I am out. After exactly 9 mins I am receiving call from outlet saying that the persona who has made had prepared shakes with chips. I sent them pictures and then that half mad guy said chocolate chips are topping which you have to add in your shake. Duffer person doesn't understand that meaning Oreo chips itself means chocolate chips are already into recipe but just to hide their mistake they said whatever somes in his brain. I said you first check your recipe how to make itbcz I know what I have ordered as itsnot first time for me. Later he said okay I can send 1 Oreo chips to you. I said I had ordered 2 then he said "Lena ho to le lo nahi to Zomato pe complain raise karke ticket le to wo solution denge". What a pathetic experience 😱 Be aware of this outlet.
