I’ve visited many HOCCO outlets and always had a good experience—but the K.K. Nagar Road outlet was a complete disaster. • The ambience was terrible – dirty floors, unhygienic space, and very uncomfortable chairs and tables. • The staff behaved like they are the owners of HOCCO. They were arrogant, disrespectful, and acted as if they were giving us food for free. Absolutely no sense of customer service. • The food was the worst I’ve ever had from HOCCO. The taste was completely different from other outlets—clearly showing cost-cutting and low-quality ingredients. • No safe or proper parking nearby, which is a big problem for families or evening visitors. • And shockingly, they refused to let us sit inside and enjoy ice cream. They asked us to buy it from the delivery side and stand outside to eat—even though other HOCCO outlets always allow comfortable indoor AC seating. • Also, they shut down the outlet much earlier than the mentioned closing time. Even though the official closing time is around 12:00 AM, they start closing by 10:20 or 11:20 PM, whenever they feel like it—while other outlets stay open as per schedule. Very unprofessional.

Overall, this was the worst HOCCO experience ever, and I seriously doubt the management is even aware of how badly this outlet is being run.
