PATEL THAL (KK Nagar, Ghatlodia) — Restaurant in Gujarat

Extremely disappointing experience. We had booked lunch for 40 people at Patel Thal. Initially, we were told the buffet price was ₹210, but when we mentioned we wanted a served lunch, they quoted ₹260 per plate. We agreed and even paid an advance to confirm everything. At that time, they gave us only a rough overview of the menu and said the final menu would be shared the night before the lunch.

Despite multiple follow-ups, we didn’t receive the menu even by 10 PM the night before. We had to call again the next morning to finally get it. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were shocked — there was no serve as promised, and they had simply arranged a buffet. When we questioned them, they said, “We mentioned serving only if possible.” On top of that, the menu was incomplete and not as discussed.

This mismanagement ruined our plan. We had to leave the place without eating and arrange food from another restaurant. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Not...

Enjoyed a good Gujarati Thali dinner at a reasonable price. Visited Patel Thal for a family get together dinner with a group of 26 members. Food is👌 tasty, not too spicy and home like.
