I was really not much interested to try this cafe but tried on friend's recommendation. We had ordered some shakes, iced tea and coffee, of which peach iced tea was upto the mark. KitKat Shake really was so below the expectations. You have priced it handsomely high and it's not priced at some 50/- Rs a glass that you give me a cold milk with a bit of KitKat on the top and call it a KitKat Shake. Coffee king and some other cafes are much much better when it's about shakes. Pinacolada was again an average shake.
Coming to Pizza, we had ordered Neopolitan Pizza and comeon, any novice pizza maker will prepare pizza better than this. Again let me remind you to keep a bit of difference between your pizza and that 40/- Rs a piece pizza available at market. It was below average Pizza. Only good item was French fries, Thanks for that. And one more thing, ask the man taking order to explain properly about dish/drink rather than making faces as if the customers are so naive and have entered first time in cafe.

The food was not to our expectations👎👎. The order we placed was Neapolitan pizza Ane Pink Sauce Pasta(which was not mentioned in the menu). The drinks ordered no doubt was good but not the food. First we received the pasta, earlier Alfredo Pasta(White sauce) and then when we denied this is not the order they took it away saying the shape of pasta is misplaced and added the red sauce to make it pink sauce pasta. Coming to pizza, the toppings were not good and the pizza was smelly. At last we asked them to pack the leftover and they asked for charges, no other cafe is charging for leftover package. I never imagined I’d write a review like this for HOH. As someone who enjoys good coffee, I’ve recommended this place to many. But yesterday, our group faced a disappointing experience. The cold brew we were served after a long wait was completely off. What made it worse was the rude response when we simply asked for a replacement.
