Given a chance I would give zero stars for the service to this place. This is the second time we have had the issue. We went there for dinner because they requested us the last time to give another chance. Last time the gravy was watery and the staff was not ready to understand that cheese butter masala gravy isn’t supposed to be watery. Any way that was then on 14th Jan 2023. Today Feb 26th, the attitude of the staff was so rude.first we try to order our main course and to avoid what happened last time we were just making sure instructing them saying hey please make sure the gravy is not watery like last time. And the manager had the nerve to say oh that’s how it comes. Which restaurant and in which world does cheese butter masala is WATERY? But then the gravy was up to the mark today I will be honest.

But then I Litreally saw one of the manager(he was tall and fair wearing yellow and red uniform) pointing finger at our table while we were still EATING to another family apparently they might know the owners, that we were ready to leave. While there were other tables ready at the restaurant for that family to be accommodated. Or say why couldn’t the family wait just like other waiting customers? So the waiter Litreally comes with the wet wipes banging it on our table saying are you ready for cheque followed by other waiters standing on our head ready to take the plates! We had to Litreally finish the food as fast as we could and didn’t make a scene there. That’s not fair. And not to forget after we paid we weren’t even served with mouth freshner/mukhwas. We aren’t eating for free, we are paying the god damn money, that family should have waited! So now this was my final time going there, never again. Not taking any guests over there.Not wasting my money at the place where paying customers are not respected. Infact I recommend the owner to work on the staffs behavioural training or hire...

I have only been here twice and surely it was a great experience. The authenticity of this place makes you feel amazing and I haven't even talked about the food yet.

The primary items at this place are the Parathas and they are as they should be - amazing.. They have tons of options available for the parathas like paneer, aloo, gobi, vegetable, mushroom and the list goes on. Basically whatever you can think of, these guys can make a paratha out of it and I am sure it will be as delicious as the next one.

The Punjabi food is also remarkable. Authentic and delicious. I am yet to try many dishes but so far whatever I've had it managed to impress me every time.

Sure, all of this awesomeness doesn't come cheap and this place is no exception. Considering the quality of food served here and the efforts put into making the place feel as Punjabi as possible (and hi-tech too.. The waiters take your orders and feedback in Android tablets), the rates are understandable (although not the case for every item).

The go-to place for authentic and exotic punjabi food in vidhyanagar. Definitely...
