Jay Jalaram Parotha House — Restaurant in Gujarat

Went at dinner time. No thali options were available as they are lunchtime only except for two paratha and one sabji option.

Some of the glasses left upside down on our table were dirty or wet from inside. Very unhygienic.

We eventually ended up ordering Cheese Kofta and Butter tawa rotis. In a 235 Rupees of kofta dish they had literally 1 number of kofta and the rest was gravy. That only kofta also was not cheese kofta but the cheese was grated on it! And the dish was less on salt. Upon telling this to the manager he said, "Yes, you only get one Kofta in this dish!" What a joke. This doesn't end here. When we raised our concern about less salt in the dish he further added, "It is there on your table" meaning add it yourself!

When we were still eating the guy came and asked if we need more rotis? I denied. He came again later and asked, "do you need anything else?" I denied. So he had the bill and mouth freshner ready in his hands which he placed right next to my thali which was still not done yet.

I mean you guys don't care at all about costumer service? No training. No nothing.

This still doesn't end here. My friend got vomit after returning home.

The only reason why such places run is perhaps due to their ideal location.

Overall, it was pricey and even costlier affair and we will not visit any Jalaram Parotha house...

Recommended for Thali. They have Gujrathi Thali, Kathiawadi Thali and Parotha Thali. All are very reasonably priced i.e. Rs. 130/-. Thali is limited but very tasty. They serve Thali only in the afternoon and not for Diner.

Located near RTO Circle. There are hardly any choices of eateries nearby, considering this, this one is okay restaurant.

Cleanliness is an issue. Drinking water looks not good at all.

Service was quick. Staff was attentive. However, they too look dirty.

For the lunch, a lot option are available like thalis and more. I ordered Punjabi thali and it's taste very good. Your tummy is get not full bt you satisfied like light lunch. Also Parotha is so tasty.

The thing i don't like theirs waiter and all staff are too fast. Only in hurry. Just you completed your lunch, they immediately put bill on the table. Treat like Jldi khana khatam...
