I recently visited Jungle Café, and overall it was a decent experience with some highlights and areas for improvement. The food quality was quite good, especially the Punjabi dishes — they were flavorful, well-cooked, and had that authentic taste you expect. The soups were also excellent, fresh and nicely balanced in taste, making a great start to the meal. The Chinese food stood out the most — perfectly seasoned, not too oily, and full of flavor. It’s easily one of the best Chinese options I’ve had in a café like this.

However, the service definitely needs improvement. The staff seemed a bit unorganized and not very attentive to customers’ needs. It took longer than expected to get the food served, and even simple requests had to be repeated a few times. With better coordination and customer focus, the dining experience could be much smoother.

The place itself has a nice jungle-themed setup, which adds a fun and relaxing vibe, but the service experience didn’t quite match the atmosphere.

In short, great food — especially Punjabi, soups, and Chinese dishes — but service and staff management need improvement to make the overall experience...

We, a group of 8 people went on a Sunday for lunch. The place was crowded and so we immediately ordered our drinks and some food items half of which were Jain as well. And that's where the problem started. The serving staff couldn't figure which was jain food and which wasn't. Happened both the times with our paneer starter and then with the pizza as well. They kept on going back and forth wondering which was jain food while our food was lying on the table getting cold. The paneer starter was excellent and pizza was okayish. We kept on reminding them to get our drinks but it was a ridiculous wait time for the drinks. Couple of them arrived after we had completed our entire meal. We even ordered sizzlers which were good and even ate them yet the drinks didn't arrive. Finally asked them just to give them as take away cause there is no point to have a drink after the whole meal is completed. So even though the food is good but the service was awful. Even had a small cockroach walking on our seat which gave us a fright. The owner was very sweet and did compensate by giving us 5% off on the whole meal. But I'm not sure I will visit the...
