Spice Heritage — Restaurant in Gujarat

Hello everyone..visited Spice heritage for lunch today with my family members.We were 15 of us and all alone in restraunt..At the end of our food I ordered two masala chaas..One of us found a big cockroach dripped in chaas..We got rattled and everyone of us left our table..Manager told us baarish ka mausam h AA jate h cockroach aap payment diye Bina chale jaao The problem is this only..These people are so careless and misbehaving.They don't care..IF we fall I'll whom to blame.We surtis spend a lot of money on our restaurant habits and against it we expect good quality food.But it's not true. I wanted to complain it to spice heritage owner.We waited an hour bt neither he received our call and nor he showed up.We lack courage and responsiblity to take actions against them.I will put my words against it at all the platforms possible.Hope in future we get food safety departments where we could complain and strict action can be taken...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Spice Heritage Hotel for a get-together of along with my colleagues. The service was exceptional, making our experience truly memorable. The owner of the restaurant took special care of all the dishes(Specially starters ), ensuring they were both delicious and beautifully presented. Every bite was a treat, and we were all impressed by the flavors and quality of the food.

It is a rare moment that I rate restaurants with 5 stars in all aspects, be it the food, the service and the overall ambience. However, the Spice Heritage does deserve it.

From the fiery and appetizing sizzlers to the sumptuous North Indian cuisine, the Spice Heritage serves the best of all to you.

Being from Mumbai, and visiting my relatives in Surat, I must say that the food was way cheaper than what it truly deserves.

And all this makes it one of the best restaurants in Surat I have...
