I visited Surat for the first time and had my breakfast and dinner at Kabir Restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor, and the staff behaved very rudely. When I complained to the manager, instead of addressing the issue, they completely ignored me, which made the experience even worse.

For a restaurant that serves so many customers, basic courtesy, attentive service, and customer satisfaction should be a priority, but I did not find any of these here. The staff needs proper training in hospitality and behavior. Management should also take customer complaints seriously rather than neglecting them.
