Kaka Sandwich ™ - since 1989 — Restaurant in Gujarat

One of the old & popular places to eat in Veraval city. In the early days, the place was very popular for its sandwiches. Sadly, the current scenario is not that good. The main reason for this is the place didn't develop according to new times. Previously when there were no other places for sandwiches in the city at that time it was fine but nowadays there are several places nearby that are worth trying instead of this place.

The place is still a mess when it comes to placing an order as there is no system for that. Even today when I visit this place common incidents like an order being misplaced or forgetting to make the sandwich at all.

The sandwich price has increased but it has lost its taste and quality. Sandwiches are still okay but don't even think about trying other items like pizza. It's terrible. Still, it's better to have a sandwich at the place only because once it gets cold it becomes very chewy. Hence never take the parcel from this place.

Another thing which I don't like about this place is that they take cash only probably because the owner still lives in the 90's.

Lastly, I would say visit this place but don't expect a good...

Kaka Sandwich in Veraval (Gir Somnath) is a popular spot for a variety of food items like sandwiches, pizzas, and other fast food. Nearby, there is also an Amul parlour and shops selling bhajiyas, samosas, and other snacks, which you can enjoy as well.
