KFC — Restaurant in Gujarat

THIS IS TO INFORM THAT YOU GUYS ARE PROVINDING VERY PATHETIC SERVICE AND CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.

I HAD ORDER THE DINNER FROM KFC AS PER THE INVOICE ATTACHED, AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, I FOUND MIXED ZINGER DOUBLES MISSING, I ASKED FOR HELP SINCE I PAID FULL AMOUNT AND RESTUARANT WAS DENYING ON ITEM MISSING.

FROM ZOMATO CHAT, EXECUTIVE SURBHI ASSISTED ME, SHE ARRANGED A CONCALL WITH THE RESTAURANT AND THEY AGREED AND INITIATED REFUND OF THE MISSING ITEM PAYMENT BACK AND THEY ALSO ASSURED ME THAT I WILL GET A MAIL REGARDING THE SAME. HEIGHTS IS THAT, THEY AGREED THAT IF I ORDER THE SAME THING AGAIN, I WILL NOT BE CHARGED WITH THE DELIVERY CHARGES AGAIN FOR THE MISSING ITEMS,

NOW THE SCENE IS THAT AT PRESENT I HAD PAID FOR ALL THE TWO ORDERS FULLY I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND OF MY MISSING ITEMS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MAIL ALSO SAYING THAT I SHALL RECEIVE THE PAYMENT I HAD PAID THE DELIVERY CHARGES AND TAXED TWICE FOR THE SAME ORDER.

I NEED AN URGENT REFUND ON MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY...
