KFC — Restaurant in Gujarat

Don't visit if health(files and dead insects on order receiving table)and time(returned without order after 45mins of waiting)is important to you.

1. Order online (screen shot attached)
2. When visited the store for pickup up they said it would take 5 minutes.(Only 1 customer was there who was having his food and that also complained about the food being under cooked).No other customer was there.
3. After 15min when asked about order they said veg frier is down due to which they were unable to prepare food.(Which they are telling after being inquired , which was down before my arrival at store.) 4)For which I said that then don't accept order at first place then, for which they replied call customer support.(By which 30mins have passed, still no customer was there.) 5)After being on call with their customers support and area manager Mr.Bala till 15mins I conclude that kindly refund me the amount as almost 45mins went by since I ordered.
4. Walked out with assurance of refund by their on call customer support as guest were waiting for food at home.(will update if I receive)

The place where order is handed to customer was having flies and dead insects on the table(photo attached), imagine if order receiving area is having this level of hygiene what would be the hygiene level of kitchen?

Have mailed on email ID mentioned.Will update if any feedback is received.

Update 1:It's been more than a week still haven't received refund.

Thanks so much Nischay ...😊 Yesterday on Wednesday evening i visited this place, place was empty and no crowd but rush for online order . No staff was there and Mr nischay managing alone whole thing. He politely refused to take order because of no staff as well almost finished items. I requested him humblely one parcel for my daughter who is 10yr old because she was at home and she want to eat KFC biryani . Nischay didn't say no and managed parcel of popcorn biryani for my daughter. When i said thanks he told me he didn't deserve because he can't manage properly and on time . But when i reached home believe me my daughter eat whole biryani and popcorn. she is ill and didn't eat since few days . but today i saw big smile on her face and she was full with joy and happiness and all those things because of your kindness nischay. So big big thanks to you and God bless you always .... Be happy and take care and will visit...

One of the worst Branches of KFC (SCIENCE CITY SOLA) …. They dont maintain any cleanliness ….Chicken is alsoo not fresh and kept frozen for days….. The chicken was not clean properly it was completely with blood stain and of oil….. When i went and complained they were like we dont know what is inside the chicken we cannot see it ….. i dont know what is wrong with them there are no any trained chef cooking i feel….. using low quality stuffs….. I have gone too so many branches but one of the WORST BRANCH IS THIS ONE!!!!! Whenever i visit this branch there will be somone arguing with the staffs regarding the quality of food or quick delivery so I Recommend no one to come here and spoil their health….. There should be a complete renovation and quality check in...
