Hey everyone!
I visited this place on the final Sunday of 2023 and wanted to share my experience.
The ambience was quite pleasant, creating a peaceful atmosphere.
The service was good; the staff was very polite and welcoming.
Now, onto the food—the main highlight. It was average considering the price. While I understand that not every day is the same and minor issues can be overlooked, I must mention a few faults that I observed. It's important to note that if our complaints are not taken seriously for improvement, it's concerning.
Firstly, the basundi they served seemed like it was on the verge of spoiling, with a slightly sour taste. I double-checked before raising my concern, and although they checked from their end and the manager tried to assure me it was fine and fresh until another group complained, it raised questions about why no one else had noticed or raised concerns. It felt like they were trying to serve as much as possible to avoid losses, but what if someone faced food poisoning? People have paid for their food and should expect quality.
Additionally, the bindi was undercooked, and the buttermilk had a powdery taste.
On the positive side, the puranpoli, khandvi, and basket chat were good, as were the roti, palak puri, samosa, kadi, and dal chawal.
However, all four sabzis were served cold and lacked flavor, something we can easily prepare better at home.
Considering we're not paying a nominal amount—320/-—our hard-earned money should reflect in both quality and variety.
I hope this feedback is helpful...
Read moreFood ⭐️: The food was a major letdown. The thali lacked variety, and the dishes were bland and uninspiring. It seemed like the kitchen had compromised on quality, and the flavors were far from authentic. The lack of freshness in the ingredients was evident, making it a forgettable dining experience. I expected much better from a place with such a reputation.
Service ⭐️: The service was nothing short of a disaster. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. It took forever to get the attention of a waiter, and when they finally arrived, they appeared indifferent to our concerns. The overall vibe was one of neglect, and it significantly detracted from the dining experience.
Atmosphere ⭐️: The atmosphere at KK Thali was surprisingly dull. The ambiance lacked warmth and charm. The seating arrangement felt cramped, and the lighting was too harsh. It's unfortunate that the restaurant didn't invest more in creating a welcoming environment. A good atmosphere can elevate a dining experience, but here, it only added to the overall disappointment.
In conclusion, KK Thali failed to live up to its reputation. The lackluster food, poor service, and uninspiring atmosphere make it a place I won't be returning to anytime soon. Save yourself the disappointment and consider other options for a satisfying...

Visited in the afternoon around 2:30 PM with my family, hoping for a good meal and a pleasant time. Unfortunately, the place was extremely hot — the central air conditioners were not functioning properly. The manager asked us to sit near a single tower AC and refused to switch on any other ACs, saying there were no other customers. Despite politely requesting better cooling, he insisted we stay in the heat and eat, which was very uncomfortable. When I expressed my concern and mentioned sharing a review, he rudely said, “You can write whatever you want, we don’t have a problem.” Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Not recommended for family visits, especially in...
