I recently had the pleasure of visiting Spice Patels - a Fleet Resort & Banquet, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort's breathtaking location, impeccable service, and outstanding facilities exceeded all my expectations.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was swift and hassle-free, allowing me to quickly settle into my comfortable and well-appointed room. The attention to detail and cleanliness were evident throughout the entire property, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The interiors are stylish and thoughtfully designed with a modern vibe and lush greenery. Seating includes cozy indoors and open-air sections, though the greenery setup can attract mosquitoes—opting for the AC dome is recommended for a more comfortable experience.  

Spice Petals delivers on its promise of variety: from paneer‑based Indian specialties (Paneer Angara, Veg Tawa Lakhnavi, Veg Badshahi Akbari) to Continental, Italian, and Chinese offerings. Signature dishes such as Mexican Toastada, Matka Dum Biryani, and Barbecue Sizzlers showcase both creativity and flavor depth. 

Service stands out—staff are attentive, polite, and quick to accommodate special requests, such as tailoring spice levels or food preferences. Multiple diners highlight the warm professionalism of service personnel. 

Though there may be occasional delivery or preparation inconsistencies noted in a handful of online reviews, most diners emphasize the high quality and taste of the food.  

The average cost for two is in the ₹400–600‑range for dining in, though the Pal Gam outlet can be moderate to slightly higher (~₹1,100), offering a comfortable fine dining feel for that price.

The moment you walk in, you're enveloped by a beautiful, tranquil atmosphere. The decor is tastefully done with soft lighting, elegant wooden interiors, and a calm, floral theme that lives up to the name "Spice Petals." Whether you're dining with family or on a quiet date, the space feels luxurious yet comfortable — a perfect blend of elegance and serenity.

The menu offers a good mix of Indian and international dishes. We tried their Paneer Tikka, Dal Makhani, and Butter Naan, all cooked to perfection. The spices were balanced — not too overpowering, just right. The Mocktails were refreshing, especially the minty citrus ones, and desserts like Gulab Jamun with ice cream added a perfect sweet ending.

Presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were rich yet subtle — ideal for both spice lovers and those who prefer milder tastes.
